Candy Sushi by Jennifer P.
1 tbsp buttercut into pieces
12 marshmallows
2 c rice krispies
6 fruit roll ups
6 strips licorice

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Remove mixture from heat and add cereal. Stir to coat cereal evenly.Roll out fruit roll ups. Place a few spoonfuls of the coated cereal onto each fruit roll up and gather toward one side. Press 2 licorice twists into cereal mix. Wrap and roll the candy and roll up so that the finished product resembles a sushi roll. Shimmy the licorice around so that they are in the center of roll.
Place a sharp knife into a bowl of very warm water. Cut candy into 2 inch rolls and arrange on a plate.

Homemade Potato Skins by Crystal
1. 2-4 baked potatoes
2. Olive Oil
3. Shredded Cheese
4. Bacon Bits
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, Wash potatoes, brush on olive oil on potatoes, Bake for 1 hour, when finish let cool down enough to handle with hands, Cut potato long ways, Spoon out center but be sure to leave some of the potato, Brush on a coat of olive oil on the potato part flip over in pan, Cook at 400 degrees with skin side up for a few minutes to make crispy, Finally Add cheese and bacon bit and finish cooking for another few minutes until it is melted.
Cowboy Potatoes by Deanna N.
1 package (2 pounds) frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream mushroom soup
1 pint (16 ounces) sour cream
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter melted
1 1/2 cup crushes cornflakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13×9 baking pan. Break up the frozen potatoes and spread them on thebottom of the pan. Top the potatoes with chopped onion. Mix the soup, sour cream and cheese together and pour over the top of the onions and potatoes. Mix the melted butter with the cornflakes and spreadover the top of the potaoes mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and allow the potatoes to brown for an additional 10 minutes.

BBQ Beef by Jennifer F.
Serves 6
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 Tlbs butter
1 1/4 cups ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 to 2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
12 slices cooked roast beef
Cook onion in butter. Add ketchup and other seasonings and spices. Simmer on low heat for 35 to 40 mins. Add Roast Beef and heat. Serve on hamburger buns.
DESERT
Homemade Ice Cream by Jennifer F.
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
Beat together throughly
Separate Dish Combine
Two packages of whipped cream topping mix-prepare as directed on package. Add 2 Tlbs. Vanilla and a dash of salt.
Mix topping mix and egg with sugar mixtures together. Pour into a one gallon freezer bag.
Add about 1/2 gallon of whole milk to fill the line of the freezer bag. Close and stick in freezer and serve when frozen.
Extra Sweet Cherry Cobbler by Ashley W.
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 box of yellow cake mix
1/2 cup of butter
Glass baking dish
Preheat oven to 375
Open cans of Cherry pie filling & pour into glass baking dish
Open the yellow cake mix and sprinkle all over the top of the cherry mix so that it is coated nicely.
Heat butter until melted in microwave & then drizzle over cherry & cake mix…leaving just a few dry spots.
Bake in oven for 45 mins to an hour
Let cool and serve with Vanilla ice cream
Unbaked Cookies by Jennifer F.
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick of butter
2 or 3 tlbs cocoa
3 cups of oatmeal
Melt milk, sugar, butter & cocoa until it thickens-medium heat, maybe a half an hour. Remove from stove, add oatmeal. Should not be runny. Take wax paper and lay it out. Drop spoonfuls on wax sheet and cool. Enjoy.

MARINADE
Ashleys Sweet & Tangy Steak Marinade
1 Jar of A-1 sauce
1 lemon (half them & then cut two slices off one of the halves)
1 1/2 cups honey
2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
Medium Saucepan
Pour a-1 sauce into medium sauce pan, add the honey and garlic. Squeeze the lemon juice from the lemons into the mixture and then add the slices into the mixture. Heat and simmer for 5 minutes until honey disolves.
Let cool and then pour directly over steaks and let marinade for 1-24 hours.

Pepperoni Pizza Puffs
Ingredients:
3/4cup flour
3/4teaspoon baking powder
3/4cup milk
1 egg
1cup cheese
1cup chopped pepperoni
1/2cup pizza sauce
Preheat oven to 350
Grease 24cup mini muffin pan
In a large bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; stir in the milk and egg; stir in the cheese and pepperoni. Let stand 10 mins. Stir the batter and spoon into muffin pan. Bake until puffed and golden brown for about 20-25 mins. Microwave pizza sauce until warmed. Serve.

Fresh Fruit Pizza
Ingredients:
1 (17oz) package sugar cookie dough
1 (8oz) package cream cheese~softened
1/2 tsp lemon or vanilla extract
3 cups of fruit~bananas, pineapples, cherries, oranges or whatever fruit you want to add~cut into rounds
1/2 c orange marmalade
powdered sugar to top
Preheat over to 350
Roll out cookie dough, enough to cover a pizza pan. Bake 8-15 mins. Cool completely. Mix together cream cheese and extract. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Arrange fruit in circles. Warm the marmalade and brush over fruit. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top. Cut like a pizza. Serve immediately.

Super Vegetable Salad
Ingredients:
2 bunches raw broccoli
1 head of califlower
1 green pepper~seeded and chopped
1 onion~chopped
8oz grated cheese
1 cup miracle whip
8oz sour cream
1/2cup sugar
Cut broccoli and califlower and wash. Put in a large bowl. Add the peppers and onions. Sprinkle cheese on top. In a separate bowl; mix the miracle whip and sour cream and sugar to make the dressing. Pour over the veggies~DO NOT STIR. Cover and put in the fridge overnight. Stir when ready to serve.
