Beer Marinated Steak

It doesn’t get more manly than that. Get your grunt on, because we are going into the man cave!


  • 2 nicely marbled steaks
  • 3 small onion, sliced
  • mustard
  • 1 bottle of beer

1. Spread some of the onion rings in the dish you will use for marinating your steak.

2. Spread mustard onto both sides of the meat and place it on top of the onions, then cover with another layer of onion. Repeat step with as many slices of meat as you have. Then pour the beer of it.

3. Cover and refridgerate for at least an hour or overnight. I recommend an air tight contain instead of cling wrap, as beer, onion and meat will leave a very…uhm…potent scent in your fridge.

4. Fire up the grill, discard beer (this might make your man cry) and onions and cook to your preferred degree of “doneness”.

Serve with grilled veggies and bread!
